She currently serves as Regional Manager, East Africa at ID Africa (BHM), where she develops and implements growth strategies, builds business processes, and provides leadership across key client accounts.

Njideka has led communications and storytelling for brands such as MultiChoice, Showmax, MTN, ViacomCBS, Heineken, The Macallan, Flour Mills of Nigeria, and Betway. Her work has earned multiple recognitions, including Brand Communicator’s 35 Under 35 Marketing Professionals (2022), Y! Naija’s New Establishment List (2019), and Public Relations Society of Kenya’s Top PR Practitioners (2024). She was also nominated as Rising PR Practitioner of the Year by NIPR in 2022.

James Silas is a seasoned media professional and music executive with extensive experience across the Nigerian and international media and music landscapes. He currently serves as Label Manager at Grafton Records and is a renowned entertainment news analyst on Smooth 98.1FM.

A skilled communicator with a deep passion for storytelling and brand positioning, Nene began her media journey as an on-air personality (OAP). She later served as Public Relations Officer during her undergraduate studies at the University of Lagos, where she earned a degree in Social Work. Her expertise comes from a strong understanding of consumer engagement and a commitment to helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences.

Beyond agency leadership, Nene is a certified Brand Communications Expert with a Certificate in Journalism from the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) and a Public Relations Writing for Professionals certification from New York University’s School of Professional Studies. Her work has earned her notable recognition, including a nomination at the 2019 SME 100 Awards in the Media category and a feature in The Guardian Woman Newspaper in 2018.

She is also the Co-founder and Director of the In-Service of Humanity (ISOH) Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to welfare and healthcare initiatives—reflecting her commitment to social impact and human development.

Isime Esene is an accomplished communications and marketing strategist with over 12 years of experience working across public, private, and development sectors. His expertise spans media relations, branding, digital marketing, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Over the years, Isime has built a reputation for helping organisations craft high-impact narratives that inspire action and drive measurable results.

Currently serving as Special Assistant on Media and Communications to Nigeria’s Minister of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy, Isime plays a key role in shaping the messaging and public engagement strategy for the Ministry’s flagship initiatives. He is instrumental in communicating national policy interventions around emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, broadband infrastructure, and digital talent development — key drivers of Nigeria’s ambition to become a $1 trillion digital economy.

Isime is also the Lead Consultant at Vive Africa, a research-led international communications strategy firm helping global brands build sustainable engagement across Africa. Through Vive Africa, he has advised institutions such as Loughborough University, University of Sussex, University of Warwick, University of Reading, University of Dundee, University of Roehampton, Lagos Business School, and University of Birmingham. He led the team that developed the Nigeria Market Sentiment & Study Motivations Report, Africa’s first indigenous research exploring international education trends. The report won a SABRE Award for Superior Achievement in Research and Planning and attracted widespread international media attention, cementing his status as a leading voice in education communications.

Previously, Isime served as Chief Strategy Officer at RED | For Africa, where he steered cross-functional teams, managed brand communication assets, and led PR/marketing campaigns across fintech, FMCG, banking, entertainment, and education sectors. His work was pivotal in growing company revenues from $400,000 to $1.3 million through strategic planning, cost control, and improved client relations. Prior to this, as Managing Editor at Y!/YNaija.com, he scaled the platform’s daily readership by over 600%, making it one of Nigeria’s top five youth-focused websites. His editorial leadership included the expansion of the publication’s multimedia offerings and high-profile interviews with public figures including Nigeria’s former Vice President, ‘Yemi Osinbajo.

Isime’s portfolio includes several milestone projects, such as project-managing the inaugural The RED Summit — West Africa’s largest omni-media gathering — and leading campaigns with over 12 million social media impressions. He has delivered thought-leadership lectures at the University of Lagos and spoken at international platforms including the British Universities’ International Liaison Association (BUILA) Conference and the London School of Economics (LSE) Africa Summit, both in the UK. Isime is a member of The Future Awards Africa (TFAA) Central Working Committee, and in 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the Policy Think Tank at the Boys to MEN Foundation, reinforcing his advocacy to youth-focused civic development.

Academically, Isime holds a BSc in Computer Science from Lagos State University, and is pursuing an MBA at Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School. He is professionally certified by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR UK), and the Association of Project Management (APM UK). His commitment to continuous learning includes advanced training in Data Analysis for Management (LSE), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and strategic writing (Pan-Atlantic University).

With over a decade of experience since beginning his career in 2012, Timilehin specializes in media relations, crisis management, product launches, creative strategy, and digital marketing. His leadership has positioned Media Panache as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to enhance their brand presence. A graduate of Lagos State University with a degree in Theatre Arts, Timilehin is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and the Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria (PRCAN).

Timilehin’s contributions to the industry have earned him prestigious accolades, including a spot on the 2021 Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list, the 2020 LAPRIGA Young PR Practitioner of the Year, the 2017 Future Awards for Media Enterprise, and recognition as one of the Top 25 Innovators in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by Provoke Media in 2019.

Beyond his professional achievements, Timilehin is a dedicated community leader and motivational speaker. He actively mentors high school students on responsible social media use and supports small businesses in building their online and offline presence.
